Yesterday we got a new dog. Mando goes on a fishing forum frequently and they have posts that have nothing to do with fishing sometime. Well this one happend to be a free to good home post.

This little dog wandered into some peoples yard about two months ago. They tried to find his home but no one claimed him. They talked with their neighbor about taking him and they agreed. They said they would have kept him but they have 3 very large dogs and were worried about him being safe with them. So the neighbors asked if they could wait until they got their back fence fixed before they took him. Not a problem, his new found owners said. After a few weeks of fixing the fence it was complete and the little dog moved next door, only to constantly find a way to make it back to his new found owners. So the man listed him on the fishing forum where we found him.

He has the best personality. His only problem is that he sprays things. He will learn that is only allowed outside.

He had his first run in with a chicken this morning in the backyard. Poor chicken was so scared she complained for about 20 minutes afterward. He will learn that chasing chickens is not allowed as well.

He desperately needed some grooming. He is not finished yet but he is about half the dog he used to be. I am having to go in stages because his fur was so matted that I could not brush through it.

His new name is Tue.
